These Terms of Use must be read and understood along with the Privacy Policy of PILLS WORLD

• You agree that you will NOT use any software other than standard browsers (eg: Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, Opera, Mozilla Firefox, Internet Explorer) or mobile applications provided by PILLSWORLD to access PILLS WORLD site and applications.
• You agree that you will NOT engage in any activity that causes the security settings of PILLS WORLD applications to be compromised in any manner
• You agree that you will NOT engage in any activity that produces load demands on the application server other than those occurring in a normal and fair usage of the applications
• You agree that you will NOT use bots or automated tools to access or use any of the services.

You understand and agree that the above list of Dos and Don’ts is not an exhaustive list of fair and lawful practices, and this being the case your account may be terminated at any time if you act in violation of any of the laws applicable in India, or in a manner that causes harm to the performance and security of the applications

3. Product Descriptions and Price Information

PILLS WORLD makes every effort to display accurate information about the products, retail price and discounts. However, PILLS WORLD does not warrant that product descriptions, prices or other content of this site is complete or error-free. If a product offered by PILLS WORLD is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition and claim a refund. If we discover an error in pricing, we will do one of the following:

• If an item’s correct price is lower than the price displayed in the online shop, we will charge the lower amount and refund the balance to you.
• If an item’s correct price is higher than the price displayed in the online shop, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, PILLS WORLD AND THE RELATED SERVICE PROVIDERS DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT TO YOU THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES, MALWARE OR OTHER HARMFUL ELEMENTS

LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT PILLS WORLD AND THE RELATED SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES WHICH MAY BE INCURRED BY YOU OR A THIRD PARTY, HOWEVER CAUSED, EVEN IF PILLS WORLD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT BE LIMITED TO TANGIBLE OR INTANGIBLE LOSSES AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATIONS, OR YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATIONS DUE TO DISRUPTIONS, SHUTDOWN, MALFUNCTIONING OR DATA LOSS

INDEMNIFICATION

YOU AGREE TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY PILLS WORLD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND PARTNERS FROM AND AGAINST ANY THIRD PARTY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATIONS, BREACH OF THE TERMS OF USE, YOUR VIOLATION OF APPLICABLE REGULATIONS IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE APPLICATIONS, OR THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU USING THE APPLICATIONS, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY OR EXPENSE ARISING FROM ALL CLAIMS, LOSSES, DAMAGES (ACTUAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL), SUITS, JUDGMENTS AND LITIGATION COSTS OF EVERY KIND AND NATURE

5. Revision of Terms of Use and Transfer of Ownership

We reserve the rights to revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this page, and the revised version will be effective when displayed here. If we make any substantive changes in the Terms of Use, we will notify you through email using the email address provided by you giving you at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, during which period you may reject the changes by terminating your account. You understand and agree that by continuing to use the applications after the date on which the new Terms come into effect, you indicate your acceptance of the revised Terms of Use
You agree that in the event of a business merger or acquisition, the current owner of the business may assign or transfer this Agreement to another business entity without your consent, and this Agreement will continue to be in force between you and the new entity unless voluntarily terminated by either party. In the event of such transfer, you will be notified about the change using the email address provided by you, and you may reject the transfer by terminating your account

6. General Terms

The Terms of Use constitute the whole legal agreement between you and PILLS WORLD in relation to the online software applications, and completely replace any prior agreements between you and PILLS WORLD in relation to the use of the software applications. The parties are independent contractors, and nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership or joint venture.

If PILLS WORLD provides you with a translation of the English language version of these Terms of Use, the English language version of these Terms of Use will be applicable if there is any conflict.
You agree that if PILLS WORLD does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Terms of Use, or which PILLS WORLD is entitled to exercise under any applicable law, this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of our rights.

All communication and notices that we provide to you by email will satisfy all legal requirements that they be in writing and delivered to you.

PILLS WORLD shall not be liable for failing or delaying performance of its obligations resulting from any condition beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to, governmental action, natural or man-made disasters, labour conditions, power failures and network failures.


7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

While the target group of this website and software applications is limited to India, the site may be accessed from countries around the world, each of them having their own set of laws and regulations. If you access or use the software applications from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws. By accessing the site both you and we agree that the laws of the Republic of India shall apply to all matters related to the use of this site and the related software applications. You also agree to be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Kerala, India with respect to such matters. Notwithstanding this, you agree that PILLS WORLD shall be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.

8. Arbitration

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing under the Indian Arbitration Act. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

9. Grievances

All Grievances related to the purchase or services shall be addressed to the Grievance officer Anil Kumar through email purchase pillsworld2021@gmail.com The Grievance Officer will get back to you within three business days of reporting an issue. Grievance Officer must be approached only after contacting the Customer Support of PILLS WORLD, in case the desired resolution was not provided by Customer Support.
