At PILLS WORLD Medical Supermarket, our aim is to process your order as fast as possible, and deliver the products to you at the earliest in a safe and cost-effective manner. We ship products to most locations in India, as well as to several international destinations.

Customs Duty for International Shipping
We try our best to pick, pack and ship the products to you as soon as possible. For this we stock our warehouse with adequate quantities of the products displayed in our online store. Most of the products are shipped from our warehouse within two days of receiving your order. However, some orders may take longer to be shipped, and we will keep you updated about the order status. Once the order is shipped, it takes one to 15 days for delivery at your address depending on the accessibility of the location.
Orders are delivered directly by our delivery staff, or through external delivery partners and courier companies.
While most of the orders are shipped without extra shipping charges, there are cases where shipping charges have to be paid by you. This will be shown to you at the time of placing your order.
For international deliveries we ship through DHL or FedEx. Occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied when the shipment reaches the destination country. In such cases, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make it convenient for you,we have arranged with our shipping partners to get your items customs cleared by paying the required fee. If you are presented with an invoice from the shipping partner for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay the amount directly to them at the time of delivery.
