Cancellation, Exchange and Refund Policy
At PILLS WORLD medical supermarket, we make every effort to ensure the quality of products that we supply to our customers. However, in case due to any reason if you are not satisfied with the quality, you may return the product for an exchange or refund as per the policy given below.
- Order can be cancelled by customer by logging into their account at any time before the order is accepted by PILLS WORLD. After the order is accepted, you may contact Customer Care team over phone and request for a cancellation. Such requests will be handled on a case to case basis.
Return & Exchange
- Return and Exchange is not allowed for used and non-returnable product
- After an order is delivered, customer may return the items in unused condition within seven (7) days of order delivery.

- PILLS WORLD will replace the returned items free of cost.
- Shipping/delivery charges will not be refunded. Customers are required to pay for the shipping/delivery costs to return the goods.
- List of non-returnable items are Covid Essentials and Orthopedic Supports.
- Product returned in a used or damaged condition.
- Product could not be delivered due to incorrect delivery address.
- Product could not be delivered within three (3) delivery attempts by the courier.
- Delivery not accepted at the given delivery address.
- Refund amount will be credited to the account in 10-15 working days.
In some cases, a replacement may not be available for a returned product. In such cases, PILLS WORLD will refund your payment after deducting shipping/delivery charges, if any.
Refund will not be given in the following cases:
Refund will be made only after we receive the returned items, except if the package has been lost in transit.
